Do you have clothes from Japanese brands in your wardrobe that you no longer wear?

At sakura fashion, you can easily sell your items as second-hand or pre-loved. Your selected clothing finds a place in our store in Düsseldorf, where it is lovingly refurbished and given a chance at a new home..

This way you free up space in your wardrobe, get a fair price and contribute to a sustainable approach to clothing.

IMPORTANT:

Since this is a consignment sale, you determine the price of your own items that you want to sell to us!
Therefore, it's important that you include a price for each of your items (remember the 10% commission we receive – see "How the buying process works – step by step – point 8" below).
As soon as one of your items has been resold through us, you will, of course, receive the payment (which is what remains after the 10% commission is deducted from your previously agreed and set price).

2. Your request is being processed.
   You will receive a response within 3-5 business days.
   
   
3. Send us the goods.
   If both parties agree to the terms and conditions, we will send you our shipping address and packaging tips in our reply (point 2).
   You will be responsible for the shipping costs.
   
   
4.  Check and confirm the clothing you have offered
   As soon as we receive your package, we will of course carefully check the items again before hanging them up in our store. If everything matches the condition described, we will immediately inform you that the goods are now on display in the store.
   
   
5. Selling your items
   Your items are now available for sale in our store.
   When one of your items sells, we'll notify you by email the same day, and we'll transfer your sales proceeds to you at the end of the month.
   
   
6. The payout
   You will receive the agreed amount via bank transfer or PayPal.
   
   
7. The commission
   We offer your clothing for sale in our limited display space, and in return, we require a fee and commission (10%) to cover costs such as rent, electricity, and staff.
   We charge a fee of €1.00 per item of clothing per month for as long as it is displayed with us. We charge this fee to prevent an influx of unsellable items.
   You always pay the fee in advance.
   If you decide to discontinue displaying your items with us, we charge a one-time return shipping fee of €4.99.
   
   2-month rule
   If ALL of your submitted clothing items are sold within the first two months, we will refund the monthly fee. You will also, of course, receive a refund of the €4.99 return shipping fee in this case.
   
   
8. The price of your clothes
   You decide the selling price of your items!
   We give you the opportunity to offer your clothing as second-hand items in our store – conveniently, without you having to be there in person.
   
   For this service, we only retain 10% of your stated selling price for each successful sale. The remaining amount will, of course, be paid out to you.
   
   A small example:
   - You decide to offer a skirt with us for €30.00.
   - The skirt finds a happy new owner.
   - Of the €30.00, we retain 10% (i.e., €3.00 in this case) to cover our expenses.
   -We will of course transfer the remaining €27.00 to your bank account or via PayPal in a straightforward manner.
   
   It works this simply:
   You set the price - we take care of the sale!

Ein Beispiel - einfach erklärt =)

-> Du sendest uns 15 Kleidungsstücke zu.

1. Du nimmst per Email Kontakt mit uns auf.
2. Wir einigen uns gemeinsam auf den Verkauf deiner Kleidung in unserem Store.
3. Vor dem Versand überweist du uns 19,00€. Der Betrag von 19,00€ ist wie folgt entstanden:
   - 15,00€ für die Kleidung [1,00€ pro Kleidungsstück (in diesem Fall 15 Kleidungsstücke) für den ersten Monat)
   - 4,99€ Rückversand
4. Nach Zahlungseingang erhältst du unsere Lieferadresse und kannst dein Paket losschicken.
5. Sobald dein Paket bei uns angekommen ist, prüfen wir, ob die Artikel deiner vorherigen Beschreibung entsprechen.
   -Passt alles, gehen die Kleidungsstücke sofort in den Verkauf
   -Falls nicht wie angegeben, setzen wir uns mit dir in Verbindung

Monatliche Gebühr:
Für jedes Kleidungsstück, das nach Monatsende noch bei uns hängt, zahlst du 1,00€.
Beispiel: Von deinen 15 Kleidungsstücken wurden im ersten Monat 9 Stück verkauft. Dann überweist du uns am Ende des Monats 6,00€ (für die verbleibenden 6 Kleidungsstücke die nicht verkauft wurden), damit wir sie im nächsten Monat weiter für dich im Store präsentieren und zum Verkauf anbieten.

Falls keine Zahlung am Monatsende eingeht, nehmen wir deine Kleidung SOFORT aus dem Verkauf raus und senden sie dir mit dem vorab bezahlten Rückversandgeld (4,00€) zu dir zurück.

Das Beste zum Schluss:
Sollten alle deine Kleidungsstücke innerhalb der ersten 2 Monate verkauft sein, bekommst du alle deine bereits gezahlten Gebühren sowie die 4,00€ Rückversandkosten komplett zurückerstattet.
(Die 4,00€ gibt es jedoch nur bei einem Verkauf all deiner Sachen in den ersten 2 Monaten zurück und nicht wenn du vorzeitig bei uns den verkauf abbrichst und deine Kleidung wieder zurück möchtest. in dem Fall behalten wir natürlich die 4,00€ Rückversandkosten und bezahlen davon den Rückversand.)
