Sakura Points

Sakura Points are bonus points that you receive with every purchase.

After you have collected a certain number of Sakura Points, you will receive a discount on your next order with us.

-100 Sakura Points = € 1.00 discount

With every purchase you get one Sakura Point for one euro.

-€1.00 = 1 Sakura Point
-€50.00 = 50 Sakura Points

Yes, Sakura Points can be collected and redeemed together (note that there is a maximum limit for collecting).

For example:
You can also collect 200 Sakura Points once and then redeem them together on your next purchase for a € 2 discount.

Yes, after 365 days, Sakura Points expire.
Depending on when you bought something from us and received points as a result, your Sakura Points expire differently.

That means for example:
-on April 1st, 2021 you received 50 Sakura Points, these would then only be valid for 365 days, i.e. until April 1st, 2022.

-A week later (April 8th, 2021) you bought something and received 10 more Sakura Points. Since you only got the 10 points a week later, the 365 days are recalculated here and the 10 points are then valid until April 8th, 2022.
[Of course, the 50 points you received before (from April 1st, 2021) are still only valid until April 1st, 2022!]

(You will get an email from us, but we will point out that your points will expire).

To do this, go to your account page and redeem points.
All you have to do is enter your number of points in the box that you want to use and then you will be shown your voucher code directly.
Now click on this code, which will be copied directly and paste it into the discount code box when you order.
Depending on how many points you have redeemed, the discount will be deducted directly from the total price.

If you buy something used from us, you will get double Sakura Points. That means instead of 1 Sakura Point for every € 1.00 of your purchase, there are 2 Sakura Points for every € 1.00.

Unfortunately you won’t get the points back. And you only get back the money that you ultimately paid.

An example:
The total value was € 50 and you redeemed 200 Sakura Points, i.e. € 2.00 discount and then only paid € 48 in the end.
You will get the € 48 back, but the 200 Sakura Points and the € 2.00 you redeemed through it have unfortunately been lost.

If we should make a mistake, of course, you will get the points back.

Yes, you can only collect a maximum of 5,000 Sakura Points

The Sakura Points serve as a discount campaign and can only be redeemed with an order.

Shipping

All of our shipments are sent via Deutsche Post, DHL, DPD, GLS and UPS.

Yes, there is a tracking number for every package, regardless of what you bought.
The tracking number will be sent to you by email.

Yes, every shipment is insured with us.

In principle, the retailer bears the risk of the transport for every order from end customers. If a package is lost, you never bear the risk. This is regulated by German law (only applies to orders from dealers in Germany).

The costs are so high that we only send our packages insured and with a tracking number. We are also obliged to charge VAT on the shipping costs.

Costs are calculated automatically and the shipping is of course also here with a tracking number.

Depending on which payment method was selected, we send:

Shipping within the next 24 hours when paying with:
– everything except bank transfer

Shipping after receiving the money:
– Bank Transfer

Within Germany:
1 – 2 working days
(Please note that it can happen that your package is on the way a few days longer than 2 days)

International:
3 – 30 days
(Please note that it can happen that your package is on the way a few days longer than 3 days)

Customs

Yes, in Germany and the EU.

In principle, the buyer pays the customs costs for parcels that go abroad.

We are happy to send the goods to you with customs clearance, but you must have spoken to us beforehand.

Return

After receiving the goods you have 14 days to send them back.

You can return your item if you haven’t damaged it. This also applies to:

  • no label may be missing or it may not be dirty or damaged
  • the article itself must not contain any stains (including sweat marks)
  • no seams or threads may be drawn
  • the article must not contain a hole
  • Zippers or buttons must look like they were when you received the goods and must be sewn in exactly the same way
  • In general, nothing on clothing may be changed or sewn around
  • Clothing must not smell of smoke
  • Clothing must not be washed

To be on the safe side, several pictures and videos are taken of the article before each shipment so that we can always track whether the article is in its original condition.

Everything that can be revoked by law.

Yes, you will get all your money back.
Unless the item is not in the original condition.
In this case we will make you an offer or send the article back to you for a fee.

Yes, you have to pay the costs yourself.

That’s a pity. Please tell us exactly what does not correspond to the description. We will try to come to an agreement with you, either for a credit from Sakura Points or for you to send the item back. In this case we will of course take care of the shipping.
